A trench in a tightly woven cotton gabardine with a durable water-repellent finish. Double-breasted with a storm flap, epaulettes, a belted waist and a throat latch that actually fastens. Shortened a little from the traditional length so it works over jeans as well as tailoring. Composition: 100% cotton gabardine. Dry clean.

This piece is listed in XS, S, M, L, XL and XXL, in Southcote's own sizing. Any measurements we have taken are written into the description above. If you’re between two sizes, email support@freshsale.store before you order and we’ll go through them with you.

How should I care for it?

Follow the care label sewn into the garment — it is written for that exact fabric. As a rule, cold water, a gentle cycle and drying flat out of direct sun will keep the colour and the shape far longer than a hot wash and a tumble dryer.
