How do I know which size to order?

This piece is listed in S, M, L and XL, in the brand's own sizing. Any measurements we have taken are written into the description above. If you’re between two sizes, email support@freshsale.store before you order and we’ll go through them with you.

How should I care for it?

Follow the care label sewn into the garment — it is written for that exact fabric. As a rule, cold water, a gentle cycle and drying flat out of direct sun will keep the colour and the shape far longer than a hot wash and a tumble dryer.

When will it arrive?

Delivery takes 5–11 business days once your order is dispatched. Your confirmation email carries the order number — quote it to us and we can tell you exactly where the parcel is.

It doesn't fit. Can I get a refund?

Within 7 days of delivery, yes — and you don’t post anything back, you keep it. We ask for a photograph of the piece, and it is one change-of-mind refund per customer a year. The returns policy sets out the window and the steps.
